Your mission

Together, we transform digital. Now, we’re looking for you – our new PHP Developer. With a top-notch team Project Management Office (PMO), UX Designers, Software Developers, Testers and Marketers.

We are looking for someone with experience who can implement technical solutions to a high standard for a range of clients. You will be confident working with different stakeholders both internally and clients to both motivate, distil and drive requirements.

Your Manager

You will report to the Laravel Technical Lead and will be part of the Technology team.

Where is it based?

We are hybrid. If you are based in the India we will want to meet-up once every quater or so and you are more than welcome to drop in to our Bhubaneswar HQ or Hyderabad office.

We are happy to hire remote candidates who we fly over for our key quarterly meetings.

What you’ll be doing

On a weekly basis you will:

  • Work in collaboration with the team to deliver quality, robust solutions for a range of clients
  • Attend client meetings, be able to communicate progress and clear out any uncertainty on tasks
  • Ensure ongoing quality of delivered work through code reviews and pair sessions
  • Take ownership of tasks until delivery, supporting testing
  • Embrace automation and work closely with Seniors and testing teams to implement testing solutions
  • Write clean, tested and maintainable code

Qualities we look for in candidates

We’re looking for applicants with:

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Have experience with PHP open-source frameworks such as Laravel or Symfony
  • Utilise version control using Git and a systemised deployment process
  • Ability to write automated tests
  • Good knowledge of object-oriented programming, SOLID principles and design patterns
  • Have basic experience of JavaScript frameworks (Vue, React or similar)
  • Good English writing and communication skills

Desired skills and experience:

  • Previous creative or Digital Agency experience
  • Experience with the Laravel ecosystem
